Delivery Cost:
FREE SPECIAL DELIVERY on any orders over £250
Orders between £100 and £250 have to be sent “Special Delivery” for security reasons, which include a small postage fee. This is heavily subsidised by us of only £3.89 as Royal Mail charges us between £6.70 – £7.50.
Orders under £100 will be sent “1st Class Signed For”, which includes a small postage fee. This is heavily subsidised by us of only £1.89 as Royal Mail charges us £2.85.
We aim for same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1PM Monday-Friday. We may dispatch orders on Saturday as well as we value our customers. Generally, weekend orders will be dispatch Monday.
Refund Policy:
We strive to ensure that you are more than satisfied with our service and products.
However, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with the product you have the right to cancel your order within 10 days of the item being delivered.
In order for returns to be handled fast and efficiently please include the order number. Please allow 5 days for us to process the refund.
It is the customer’s liability to pay the delivery costs of returning the goods and ensures we have received the product (signed for delivery is suggested). We will not be liable for failure of the delivery return.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and minus our shipping cost (where applicable). Pre-paid labels self adhesive address labels are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
We guarantee this in extension to your Statutory Rights by law.
